Xplore Belize Elite LTD specializes in providing unforgettable water, snorkel, fishing, and Mayan jungle related tours. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following Refund Policy to accommodate the needs of our customers while maintaining a fair and consistent booking process.

By proceeding with your booking on XploreBelize.com, you (“Participant”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms, which govern your participation in any tour, activity, or service booked through our platform:

1. Role of Xplore Belize Elite LTD

Xplore Belize Elite LTD (“Company”) operates as a marketing and booking platform only. All tours and activities listed on XploreBelize.com are provided by independently licensed third-party Tour Operators. These Tour Operators are solely responsible for delivering the services, including matters of safety, legal compliance, equipment, insurance, and service quality.

The Company does not operate the tours directly and is not liable for any injury, loss, delay, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from the tour experience. We do not guarantee the conduct or performance of any Tour Operator.

2. Participation & Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that your participation in any tour or activity involves inherent and potential risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, death, or property loss. You voluntarily accept full responsibility for these risks.

You agree to release and hold harmless Xplore Belize Elite LTD, its affiliates, and Partner Operators from any and all claims or liabilities arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company.

You are solely responsible for determining whether you are medically, physically, and legally fit to participate.

3. Medical Treatment Consent

In the event of injury or illness during a tour, you authorize any necessary medical treatment and release the Company and Tour Operators from liability, even in the event of negligent care.

4. Insurance Responsibility

You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to maintain adequate medical, travel, or accident insurance for the duration of your trip or activity.

5. Booking Terms & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit is collected at the time of booking. This serves as a commission fee to the Company.

  • The remaining balance is paid directly to the Tour Operator at the time of the tour.

  • Each individual tour listing may include specific cancellation or rescheduling terms, which apply to your booking.

6. Cancellation & Credit Policy

All bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes cancellations due to no-shows, travel delays, or change of plans.

Credit Consideration may be available for exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies) if:

  • A request is submitted via Support at least 7 days before the scheduled tour.

  • Documentation is provided, if requested.

  • Approved credits are valid for 12 months from the original tour date.

If a Tour Operator cancels due to unsafe conditions or other valid reasons, you may request a full refund or a rescheduling credit. The Company will facilitate the process but holds no liability for the Operator’s decisions or availability.

7. Legal Release & Dispute Resolution

By booking, you release Xplore Belize Elite LTD and its affiliates from any claims or legal actions related to your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing by the Company.

All service-related issues, including refunds or tour disputes, must be resolved directly with the Tour Operator. While we may assist in resolving disputes as a courtesy, this does not imply responsibility or liability.

8. Use of Media

You grant XploreBelize.com permission to use any photographs, video, or other media captured during the tour for promotional or commercial purposes.

9. Modifications to Terms

These terms are subject to change at any time. Continued use of the platform or completion of a booking constitutes acceptance of any such updates.

10. Agreement Acknowledgment

By completing your booking and checking the acknowledgment box, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agreed to this Participant Acknowledgment, Liability Waiver, and Booking Terms;

  • You understand and accept all risks involved in the tours and activities;

  • You voluntarily agree to be legally bound by these terms.
