To begin the onboarding process, please complete the credential submission form on the next few pages. Simply complete the form and click the Next button at the bottom of the page. This step is required to verify your eligibility and activate your account on our platform.

Required Documents

Please upload clear and complete copies of the following documents:

• Business or Company Certificate of Registration – A full copy, including either a short extract about the business or a detailed extract issued by the Company Registry.
• Valid Tour Operator License – Issued by the Belize Tourism Board (BTB).
• Current Insurance Coverage – Comprehensive coverage must include:
  • General liability insurance for tours
  • Equipment insurance
  • Passenger liability insurance
• Valid Tour Guide License(s) – For each guide associated with your operation.
• Valid Captain’s License – Required if your tours involve boat-based activities.

Next Steps

1. Use the form below to upload your required credentials and provide all necessary information in full.
2. Upon submission, you will be automatically redirected to the Tour Operator Agreement for review and digital signature.
3. Once both your required credentials and signed agreement are received, our team will review your submission. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your profile has been approved and activated.
