We specialize in providing unforgettable water, snorkel, and pub crawl tours. We understand that plans can change, and we have developed the following Refund Policy to accommodate the needs of our customers while maintaining a fair and consistent booking process.

Terms of Cancellation and Refund:

  • Cancellation Notice: To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the tour’s start time.
  • Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the tour’s start time, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-Show Policy: No-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Reasons for Refund:

  • Tour Cancellation by Company: In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: If you are unable to attend due to an emergency or serious illness, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a refund or rescheduling. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Process for Cancellation and Refund:

  1. Initiate a Cancellation: To cancel your booking, please contact our customer service team at least 24 hours before your tour’s scheduled start time.
  2. Provide Booking Details: When contacting us, please provide your booking number and the name under which the reservation was made.
  3. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Process of Refund:

  • Refund Terms: Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
